WHAT IS THE POLICY ON CUSTOM & IMPORT TAXES?

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Iqoniques are not responsible for delays due to customs and couriers services.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Each product is printed and customised to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If there is a fault with your item, after inspection by us, we will only replace the item once. We do NOT accept returns on Tiaras, Crowns and any other form of jewellery for Sanitary & COVID-19 reasons.

HOW LONG DOES THE ITEM TAKE TO DELIVER IN THE CURRENT PANDEMIC SITUATION

Please note: Our manufactures and partners are based around the world. At times if the item you have purchased is relatively low in stock or if it is quicker for us, items will be dispatched from our nearest hub. Thus, delivery takes approximately 2-3 weeks for products regardless where you are based, though it could arrive earlier. This is just an estimate due to the ongoing situation with the Pandemic where we are based.

DOES THE ITEMS COME WITH TRACKED DELIVERY SERVICE?

Yes, you will receive a tracking code in your dispatch email.

WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Some couriers can take up to 24 hours to update your tracking information. Please allow at least 1-3 days after your order shipment notifications for tracking updates to appear.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNT ON BULK ORDERS?

We most certainly do! If you're buying huge amounts of our products, please feel free to message us on our contact us page.

WHO PAYS FOR THE POSTAGE ON RETURNS?

Depending on circumstance of your situation. You have 14 days to return the item. The buyer is responsible for the delivery fee for returning an item to us, as we do not accept returns on initial basis per our policy.

DO YOU HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Yes we do! We pride ourselves on our excellent high levels of service and ensuring a positive customer experience within every aspect of the business. Our team of dedicated customer service executives work around the clock to answer queries and order enquiries. Thus, we do not tolerate any form of abuse, bad language or threats. If this does take place you will be banned from the store.

HOW LONG DOES ITEMS TAKE TO DISPATCH?

All items are shipped within 1-3 days. During busy sale periods and public holidays this can be delayed by a couple of days.

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. Please reach out to the Customer Service team and they will be more than happy to check this for you.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

Sorry you have received a faulty item! So we can get this sorted, please contact our Customer Services with a picture of the faulty item and your order number using the contact us page.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Iqoniques. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

WHY CAN'T I FIND AN ITEM THAT WAS ADVERTISED?

Oh no! This is probably because our advertised products usually sell out very quickly so it may be that they are no longer in stock! But please keep an eye on our NEW IN & COLLECTION section as we are constantly updating it!
