All orders are tracked. Accessories and gifts are shipped within 1-3 working days. Wedding Dresses take 3-5 working days for processing. During busy sale periods and public holidays this can be delayed by a couple of days.
As an estimate the shipping times are as follows: Delivery takes 2-3 weeks regardless where you are based. It could arrive earlier, this is just an estimate. There are faster shipping times available at checkout.
Some products may have quicker shipping times and quicker delivery options, this will be stated on the product page and checkout. Your estimated delivery date will always be made clear before you checkout.
Each product is made and printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If there is a fault with your item, after inspection by us, we will only replace the item once.
We do NOT accept returns on Tiaras, Crowns and any other form of jewellery for Sanitary & COVID-19 reasons
If products are returned to sender due to delivery failure we will contact you to let you know and to arrange re-delivery. The shipping costs will need to be paid again.
All our items are checked by a team for quality check. Items are not dispatched until they reach our high standards. Whilst rare, faults can occasionally happen. Simply email us with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
